Hotline complaint

Ya not a good situation overall. To add insult to the claim, it came from my mother in law. She later admitted that she did it out of anger. I’m happy that I got my medical back but lost a significant amount of Income as a result of being without a medical while they investigated this claim.
First mistake was marrying a woman with a Mother that is mean as a hornet, did you not know early on that MIL was bad news, what's the saying look hard at the Mother and that is what you will be marrying

What right is being taken away by not being allowed to face your accuser in an administrative case?

Nauga,
defaced
I meant taking your medical and not letting you fly, which yes, I know is not a right per se.

Not sure why you chose a post answering a question about "...[the] 6th amendment and right to face your accuser" to make your point then, but whatever.

Nauga,
who got it in 2

Agreed. Not a lawyer, but is there a way to take an administrative law false/erroneous accusation and turn that into a civil matter due to financal and personal damages?
State law varies but generally speaking:
"Erroneous," probably not.
"Knowingly false" sure. Yes, you can defame someone by making a knowingly false report to an administrative agency, subject to a bunch of considerations like what is considered legally defamatory, the difference between fact and opinion, whether the agency acts based on the report or after independent inquiry. There are defamation suits out there for such things a filing false police reports and reports of parental abuse.

Then there's the difference between a report to an agency that gets the ball rolling and testimony during the course of an administrative hearing before a (quasi-) judicial officer. In many states, false statements which would be defamatory when said in a restaurant, are privileged when given under oath on a witness stand. There's also a qualified privilege that may or may not apply to a report to an agency.

Because I made two points in my post.

Since there are no consequences, how does a "divorce" (sic) stop her or even disincentivize her from doing it again?

Nauga,
feeling punitive
Here's a penalty: She doesn't get to see the grandkids. I had to to that to my own Mom, RIP mom.

It took here eight years. She finally relented, apologized and we all moved on. But unless there are consequeces to an action the perp just does it again. Ref: V. Putin.
