Horizon Instruments Tach Stuck at 1030 rpm

Our Horizon Instruments tach is stuck at 1030 rpm. No change when switching mags. RPM stays the same when throttle is increased - anywhere from idle on up.

Any suggestions on what to try? Our A&P is booked until late this week... With Horizon Instruments out of business, I'm hoping there's a secret reset key button press we can try before having to junk the tach and replacing it with another...

What model number tach?

When you turn the master on is "1030" shown on the tach?
