Bro do you even lift
this is PAINFUL to watch. I would think more so for him, but you have been WARNED.

trust me, if you watch it once, it won't go away any time soon.....

I've never understood these strongmen type things. I have some friends that are into it and are huge. One guy can barely brush his own teeth because his biceps get in the way.

What did I miss on the video? I didn't see anything like the Auburn gymnast.

Play it at half speed and watch his left knee.

Oh, I've seen much worse. Napoleon Kaufman, MNF.

or Joe Theismann's injury

Oh no. Hell no. Was warned and did not watch. Will not watch. Oh no way in hell. hahahah I cringe even thinking about that. I only squat 135 anymore on a smith machine that keeps my form fairly in check and even thinking about what happens to the knees when stuff goes wrong... oh hell no!!

Yeah this video is intense.

I've seen lots of stuff, mostly on myself, boring (not combat or sport injuries) but still.

I did it to myself in '94, but the slow way. "Repetitive Sports Injuries" before it was a thing.

I am still paying for it.
