Henning for President?

Well not being US born (according to some) never stopped Obama.

Suppose, long before he became a senator, he was born in a foreign country, and had a foreign father. Then he would have exactly the same history as Senator Cruz. And it hasn't stopped Cruz. Which makes the birther mania in retrospect look even more manic.

That is a good point since I'm willing to bet many of the 'birthers' are supporters of Ted Cruz.

So how on earth does that clown think he is eligible to run for President?

That's what I'm thinking. While I am not particularly fond of Obama, the rightists who bitched about him are saying nothing about Cruz. I mean, equal bitching about everyone, correct?

Agree 100%

Well Henning won't be able to sneak in,the Donald would never allow it,he's still chasing BHO. But he should be given a chance to fly AF1.

It's like telling a Californian he was born in Texas. :wink2:

I was born on Earth, I live on Earth, Earth is the only boundary I respect because I am forced to. Everyone else on Earth seems to be obsessed with turning resources into slips of paper more than turning it into what we need to get off the planet, so here I sit. I've lived all over the planet, I'm good with being anywhere, good people are everywhere.

Does that really make any difference? :dunno:

You missed an opportunity. That should have read, "What difference does it make?!" ;)

You speak pretty good American for a German. :D

He speaks perfect "crazy German", though.

See? ;)

Well, I'll be jiggered! He's not crazy, he's just German. Suddenly, it all makes perfect sense!

No one is bitching because Cruz has about the same odds of winning as a snowball of dying of old age in hell.

I know quite a few Germans (and other non-natives) that speak better American English than many native born American English speakers.

Cause Obama has set the precedent. Just as he has in many other areas that are going to come back to haunt the Dems when the Rs take the White House back.

 Please expound.

No doubt! I know for certain that my Chinese wife speaks and writes better English than many, many people born in this country and others who moved here from other locales on this continent. We have one of the most illiterate populaces on the planet.

Ain't got no ideal whachur talkin about.

Which one of the 17 stooges would actually have a chance to take the White House in the general election? :dunno:

Then he needs to do a hell of a lot better job than the uninspired performance he put on yesterday. It looked like he didn't even want to be there...

Incorrect, what he needs to do is exactly what he's doing, stay quiet and let everyone else self destruct.

Rudy Giuliani tried that, and it didn't work out too well for him. In this day and age, the one who grabs the most headlines also stands to gain the most in the polls.

Like... button?

mmmmmm......

Didn't mean anything derogatory. I just meant that Henning's way of looking at things reminds me very much of some of my German friends, and if he's of recent German heritage, his whole outlook seems less odd now. I dig Henning. I appologize if my comment was in bad taste.
