That's very unfortunate. I really feel for the son and the rest of his family. This just goes to show that there are practically an infinite number of ways we can leave this world. A flying rotor blade would not be one I would think of.
I would imagine the pilots have to be pretty upset this happened, as well.

I saw this sitting in the street a couple of hours after it happened. So many wires all around it. Amazing that he got it down in one(ish) piece at all.
