I"m posting this for another local pilot. Hangar is large, has an insulated roof and electric. Ocean City NJ airport is a 5 block walk to the beach. They have showers at the airport an adjacent executive golf course and an attached dinner. He is asking in the mid 60K range. I guess for electric the electric company send you your own bill how does that work? You can only fit one plane here?

Presuming it started with a 30 year ground lease, probably a lot less now than it did 10 years ago.
