GNS 355 Question

I am considering installing a GNS 355. When using Garmin’s IPad trainer to check it out, I noticed that altitudes do not display next to the waypoints on an approach like they do in the GNS 650. Does anyone flying with a 175/355/375 know if the altitude displays next to waypoints on an approach, or if Garmin removes that feature? Thanks.

The iPad trainer isn't very good to begin with. You may want to download the windows-based trainer which is much better:

Fortunately, I've got Win7 running in VM on the Mac.

Sounds like a VNAV vs VCALC feature difference. GTN has VNAV while the 2-inch series has VCALC.
