i need to get a pair of winter gloves that will still permit me to use a touch screen tablet. Brands, comments, product links all desired. Want some that are well constructed and will last all season and maybe more.

Due to the type of technology, warm gloves are sorta strange. The finger tips need to be a capacitance material and that's not always great for keeping warm.

Check this website:

IsoToner's are on sale right now, find a store nearby that carries them and see if you like them.

I've found that if it's cold enough to need gloves, it's too cold for the iPad to function properly.

Note: at this timestamp, Denver is 2 F with windchill -9F. We won't see above 32F until Friday, then back into the deep freeze. Remind me why did I sell Dad's house in Phoenix, where it's going to be 80F tomorrow?

Thanks for the website link. That's useful info I was looking for.

Fortunately we don't get super cold for super long here, but it's cold and windy enough to want gloves when I'm out doors inventorying cars on my tablet.

Start here then search the web for a better price.

Thanks all... Research resulted in www.Glove.ly as one of the better choices. I've ordered some and should be in Monday.

I'll give a PIREP once I've had them a few days.

Buy warm gloves and a pen with a touch screen tip on the other end.

Find a Dollar General store. They have "texting gloves," $5.00 / pair. I just happened to see them earlier this evening and thought of this thread.

Alternatively you can buy conductive thread and sew into gloves you already own to make thumb and index finger tablet capability.
