Switching to another, and hopefully final, aircraft for my instrument training.

I'll be using a 172R with a GTN 650 and a Garmin G5 HSI. Don't have experience with HSIs.

Beyond the Garmin Pilot Manual, any other recommended material to become familiar with the G5?
 
It's much easier than a DG/CDI combo. Just wait until you get to do a LOC BC. There's still the cone of confusion on short final, but no more "drag the needle" exercises.
