Gabapentin and Basic Med

Can you apply for and get a basic med while on gabapentin? I know it isn’t allowed for any of the “class” medicals.
 
If you qualify for BasicMed, it isn’t as much the medication, it’s the condition you’re being treated for.

The discussion is between you and the BasicMed issuing physician whether they are comfortable signing off on the form. Whether you’re fit to fly given the condition is a discussion between you and your PCM.
