Where in Foreflight or even WingX, can I find the freqs for MOAs? And active times and altitudes. Do I assume the freq to contact the relevant ARTCC? This is where the paper chart comes in really handy.

In ForeFlight, just tap the MOA on the map and select "all".

Especially when you play it by ear and don't read the manual.

Although I have to admit it's more fun to watch pilots do that in flight.
