Flying outside the US with the new "no medical"

I imagine this is going to be a country by country basis but does anyone know if we'll be able to fly with no current third class in foreign countries like say Canada or the Bahama Islands?

Are the sport guys restricted to flying only LSA aircraft in the bahamas? or is their privilege unrestricted?

That's via a specific exemption. Until the Bahamian government says something about drivers license medicals, I wouln"t assume that they allow it.
