How many that use foreflight also use fltplan.com? I keep getting notifications that my fltplan account is going to be deleted. I keep logging in to keep it active, but am not sure why. I typically plan and file through foreflight. Just wondering get if I am missing something.

I use both. I like the suggested routing feature that Fltplan gives you for other aircraft and previously cleared routes. ForeFlight's suggested routes are typically silly for most /G aircraft. I don't think I've ever used a ForeFlight recommended routing. Also, in my experience, Fltplan is slightly more accurate with winds aloft and estimated enroute time. I usually use the Fltplan ETE in the flight plan block when I file. But I file and brief through ForeFlight.

I use fltplan.com both for planning and filing. I have never used Foreflight so I can't compare.

Gotta have both, fore flight doesn't have the planning or fuel burn / flight time abilities fltplan has, and fltplan doesn't have all the other abilities FF offers.

Right now the two apps I have on my iPad are FF Pro SV and FltPlan, on my iPhone it's FF and a bookmark for FltPlan's web page.

In the Apple App store there are 2 Apps with similar names. As I understand, the newer App is called FltPlan Go. For those that have provided reviews above, are you referring to this new app or the older app that came out in 2013?

I was mostly referring to the website fltplan.com.

However, I have started using the app FltPlanGo on both my iPad and iPhone. It integrates with the website.

The OP seems to be asking about the fltplan website.

Like Fearless I use both. Fltplan.com does a number of planning tasks better, especially regarding the reporting of commonly cleared IFR routes. ForeFlight has that functionality but it is not nearly as robust or mature. Many times I will see nothing but an airway routing in ForeFlight's list, with a number of different options on Fltplan.
