Flightaware weather radar overlay

When flightaware shows weather radar overlay for past flights, is that a snap shot taken at the time of arrival at the destination, or at some other time during flight? I couldn't find this in their FAQ.

Should be a snapshot of the time of arrival. I’ve found flight aware to depict the weather worse than it actually is.
