Do you have a source where safety data and flight school uniform dated is collected? As far as employment, if you want to compare hiring from ERU vs Bud’s Flying Service that is a no brainer.

I got two stripes, and this weekend will be the first time I'll be wearing anything other than the CAP polo shirt. Probably the last time, too.

Expensive Bomber jacket, Ray-Ban Aviators. 5-11 tactical pants and zip-up boots.
Make sure your pilot bag is bigger than the one your CFI carries.

Then I guess I have it covered.
