Umm... I hate to break it to you.
EFBs are not supposed to have any "insight" into the Wx. The only purpose of an Electronic Flight BAG (not Flight Guru) is to give you all that info we used to carry around in a giant flight bag all condensed in an iPad (or other device). Their creation was never was to do you job for you. It is still on you the pilot to figure out the Wx and if it is a Go - No Go for your qualifications.In the not-to-distant future, AI may actually become a good tool where you put in your limitations and it will actualy give you some insight as to whether or not you should make the flight. But until then, it's still on you, not an EFB.
