FCC Proposal to Allow Cell Phones on Airliners

The FCC has proposed allowing cell phones to be used on airliners if the plane is specially equipped. This appears to have drawn a lot of negative comments from passengers:

Yep, the top "hated things" on the list:

1. Smokers.
2. Cell phone yappers.
3. Crying Infants

They have had artificial excuses to ban 1 and 2 and don't want to retreat.
Eventually they find a way to justify getting rid of the latter.

You forgot the people that sit there and talk talk talk talk to a complete stranger during the entire flight while everyone else is trying to sleep. No I don't give a crap that your grandma worked at Piggly Wiggly in 2002.
