I felt into HPN once. A few weeks later, much lighter after parking at $ignature overnight, I received a warning via mail. I had violated the voluntary noise abatement program by landing after midnight. And … wait, what? What a waste of postage. Also, JetBlue landed after me. Not planning on going back.

Maybe Millionaire should demand AOPA justify a CEO compensation package >$2 million while maintaining a business jet for him.

A $750 per month ($25 a day) tie down fee pales in comparison.
