Family's First Flight

So I started my training in Sept. of 2014 had my checkride in Dec. and then the lovely NY winter set in, started my IFR training almost done with that, but have never been as nervous as today. With my wife and toddler in tow we went up for the first time. Weather could have been better they were calling for clear skys and no wind yesterday, get to the airport today and wind is 9 gusting to 14 and its overcast. What a lovely day. But all in all it was a good flight, never have been so nervous though landing.

Congrats,choose your family flights wisely,introduce flying a little at a time when involved with family is the way to go. You seem to understand that. Congrats again ,good luck.
