FAA's KMZ map for ADS-B

I am sure I'm missing something. It appears to be a legend-less map in GoogleEarth, of hundreds of Rorschach inkblots. Which disagrees with the description of future ADS-B required areas.

Check the layers in the list on the left sidebar. There are options for coverage at different altitudes, radar coverage as a comparison, rule airspace, etc.

About 2/3 of the way down is a link for "Download the Equip ADS-B Google Earth map (KMZ)". Download it and open the file (probably already associated with Google Earth if you have it installed) and you will get new layers in Google Earth related to ADS-B.

We have to push back the 2020 mandate!!! There's no way we can equip the fleet in time!!! And the cost is going to bankrupt all of GA!!!
