Do anyone know about the processing time take for class 1 FAA medical certificate to be issued or the medical examiner will issue the certificate right after the examination?

If you meet the standards without issues that need to be handled by OK City, you should be handed the certificate before you leave.

You may request temporary authority to exercise certificate privileges of a valid airman and/or medical certificate in the form of a facsimile (FAX) or e-mail. This authority will be valid for 60 days pending receipt of a permanent replacement certificate
Note:. Only one (1) on-line request for temporary authority can be obtained within any six (6) month period.
You may also request a replacement certificate with a credit card payment of the $2.00 fee..
Go to Airmen Certification Airmen On-Line Services, log in or if necessary, create an account. After logging in, go to "Request temporary authority to exercise certificate privileges"

Yes. Your AME should print out your medical as soon as you're done with the examination.
