Cleared for Takeoff
15's are really tough. Like the F-4 before it, everything is redundant. The wings are full of push-pull rods and bellcranks (no cables), so I guess he still had good aileron/spoiler control on the remaining wing. And with a normal 600 degree plus roll rate, it was enough authority to keep it level. Amazing.
