- - - or more as in Crosswind, in view of KIWI. There are three alternatives on paper. Two of them reference a 603' extension of Runway 7; the other references 535' extension. One of them would necessitate rerouting the highway which goes to Westport Island. Interesting, for sure.

) I took the photo in the FBO during the few minutes I was "waiting for your arrival," totally unaware that you'd been sitting in the "other" parking lot which rarely gets used by those of us who have hangars on the East end rather than the West.

IWI has some strange winds. Amazing how wind can differ from surface to treetops.

On another note: A friend of mine left IWI with a friend of his in a C152 yesterday - final destination Minot, ND. What a ride!
