Exercise— What’s your routine?

Jackie Gleason's exercise program paraphrased:

"I exercise every morning as soon as I wake up. 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4. Now the other eyelid."
 
Mow 3 properties (6 acres total), weedeat 3 properties, fertilize 3 properties, spray for weeds on 3 properties, trim trees on 3 properties, fix/maintain all the cars, mowers, weedeaters, chainsaws, trailers, airplane, fix/maintain everything we own, play with my 3 young boys, occasionally play with the lovely wife *wink*, work for a livin'. There isn't time for all of that. No way I could find time to go to a gym, but I rarely have time to sit down, so that should count, right?
