If you want low end, Alternate Air at BFI. Technically they are a club but you can become a "Temporary Member" for $15. http://www.alternateair.net/aircraft.html

Both have reasonable checkout requirements, ~ 1 hour. There's another place nearby that wants a 3 hour checkout for their beat-up old Skyhawk.
