Rocker Arms and Valve Guides by oil traveling through the Pushrods and Dripping on the Valve. If Oil does not readily drip off the stick do you think the LARD-like oil will do the job after a cold start? btw- Most Radial Engines used fuel to dilute Oil when a Cold Start was anticipated. I‘ve seen Aircraft like 182 with the system also.
