So I blew a .15 in 1991

How hard will it be to get a medical Dr. Bruce?

Have things gotten any easier?

Harry

It's going to depend on what else has happened in your life. Bruce can give you the details, but if you have no other alcohol-related events of any kind before or since (and I mean zip, nada, nil, zero) that event 22 years ago, it's not going to be too hard. The problem with that BAC level is .15 is the borderline where the FAA's concern goes up very sharply, and if you have any other alcohol-related event in your lifetime, they'll be thinking you have a permanent problem, not just a one-off big mistake, and that's when it gets really difficult and really expensive.

the one and only and I won't ever say never, but the chances now are highly unlikely...

Look at "looking for a little help". It depends on what else you've got. That guy is hiding a bunch o'stuff and it wont fly.

If you have not got anything else with the law for 12 years you just need to prove that is so. A good negative substance abuse eval doesn't hurt...
