Bruce can give you the details, but if you have no other alcohol-related events of any kind before or since (and I mean zip, nada, nil, zero) that event 22 years ago, it's not going to be too hard. The problem with that BAC level is .15 is the borderline where the FAA's concern goes up very sharply, and if you have any other alcohol-related event in your lifetime, they'll be thinking you have a permanent problem, not just a one-off big mistake, and that's when it gets really difficult and really expensive.
