Drunkest thread attempt

I think those beautiful tiny spheres of carbon dioxide in the champagne are to blame for Geico's failure to post as planned. I stopped at 2 glasses. Happy New Year!

Geico not posting tonight (last night?) is my first let down of 2015. It's OK, though, I expect it won't be the only one. Happy New Year!

I am disappointed that this thread did not live up to expectations.

Just found this. I'm gonna bookmark it and try to remember pulling it up when I go out to the bars this weekend.

I LOVE the "can glass". I have aquired 2 now and they are ergonomically perfect for drinking from

Are those just for alcohol or can one drink other things from them? I like them though. Cool idea.

GOOD MORNING! ARE YA READY FER SOME COFFEE AND FRIED EGGS? WANT SOME HASHBROWNS WITH THAT?

HEY! STOP RUNNING AWAY.

Hmm, still not seeing much evidence of drunk posting here. Only hangover posting. I guess my expectations were just too high.

David

Biscuits and gravy, hash browns, a couple eggs, and a Bloody Mary should fix you right up.

If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, you're drunk; Ducks don't talk.

CHEERS!!!!

Got a job offer this afternoon. I accepted.

I vetted so many places and went through a good 15-20 interviews and I swear it is like having a 2nd job. What a beating. Ducking in hallways to talk on the phone, scheduling interviews, selling myself, and then dealing with recruiters, etc

New gig is more formal but will make me a better fit for my career. No more work from home but no more on call. Oh God, I have been on call for 5 1/2 years. Holy crap, that is a weight off.

I am going to miss my customers in San Juan, Dutch Harbor, Kodiak, Honolulu, and Anchorage. They are really good people and I am sad that they are going to lose my support. They are going to be struggling without me. Not tooting my horn, I am the only one that can do what I do. They depend on me. My company should never have allowed me to be a single point of failure in the end my customers will pay for that. It is what it is and it sucks.

Mrs. 6PC took me to a winery tonight and mom came to watch the kids which is why I m posting this here. I am not drunk but there are still 32 minutes left in today.

I am writing my resignation email right now and I feel great. The next gig will have me doing a lot more managing team finances as well as managing IT and building new software versus maintaining existing stuff.

We found out we were closing in Nov so off and on for 5 months, I have been looking for a good next gig. I think (and hope) I have found it.

Cheers!!!!!

There is something that is always lost when the first post starts on a new page. I was expecting to see a picture of a bald haircut in a previous post.

Apparently tried to log on drunk a week ago. Got an email the next morning that I had tried to log in 5 times with an incorrect password.
