Had a BAC of .134 so he was pretty hammered. Wonder how no one on the flight crew noticed? Article also states that the legal limit for a commercial airline pilot is a BAC of .10. Do the reporters just make this stuff up?

It is not a coincidence that he was selected for "random" testing immediately following his flight. The question is, why did no one on the flight crew make sure he was removed from the aircraft?

He was immediately suspended and then subsequently medically retired. The probable-cause affidavit refers to an FAA investigation, but no details.
