Drone crash....or why we can't have fun things.

I guess I was wrong when I said that drone pilots don't use their heads when they fly. I apologize.
 
If it had killed him, it would have raised the average IQ of two groups - his home town, and drone "pilots"
 
So if he was in the US...
And had one of those new fangled Commercial drone certificates...

Would they pull his privileges and schedule him for a 709 ride after crashing into himself?
