I don't really have any official diagnosis of neuropathy it's just my family doctor who knows about tingling and slight numbness.. If I simply list it as a condition and note it in the comment section will that be sufficient for the AME? I have no loss of control or the ability to have full control of my feet is this all the AME will need?? Can he / she evaluate me at the exam and see how I can press on one foot and lift myself up as evidence it's not a problem of is he or she gonna need medial records or an official evaluation I simply don't have? What would result if I simply don't mention it?

Always your choice to omit. But there are consequences. See my immediate prior post. https://www.pilotsofamerica.com/com...dicament-18v-and-alcohol.150756/#post-3613382

Your doc needs to document good proprioception and soft touch + hot/cold sensation, as well as his thoughts on causation. If he's the average family practice doc he might be able to do this but more commonly requires a neurologist.

I commonly include a short Video of the candidate preflighting, manipulating the controls of an aircraft, landing, and post flight just to make the point.

Well I know you can't diagnose it from where you're sitting. That said I can tell which way my feet are moved. I can feel a turning fork. I can tell if my feet are in cold or warm water. I can lift my entire body weight on either foot. I cannot however feel if someone is slightly touching my feet or a small pin prick. I those are diagnosed do yo think I'd 'pass'??
