Sue and I made a spur of the moment decision last night and flew up to LZU (Lawrenceville, GA) for dinner at the Flying Machine Restaurant. As usual they had Sat night entertainment (very young country western singer inside and rock oriented DJ at the Hawaiian theme bar outside (this is on the airport ramp). Had a good, inexpensive meal and some fun entertainment and got to fly.
Anybody in this area that wants to do something like this at the last minute, just contact me. It's fine to plan a year in advance for Gaston's, but some "let's just do it" things are fun too.
