Location: New Carrollton, MD
The aircraft impacted residential terrain in New Carrollton east-southeast of College Park Airport (KCGS) located in College Park, Maryland. The airplane was destroyed during the accident sequence and one fatality has been reported.

This is the Cheetah, right? The various Grumman groups have been all over this. At first, the speculation was a climbout issue (Cheetahs are poor climbers and this was a short runway with trees at the end), but it appears the pilot got to about 1800'. It was pretty low IFR, so others have been thinking either the pilot wasn't used to using the G5s that were recently installed or that maybe an engine malfunction did it.
