Anyone know if this will be an FAA tower, or will it be a contract tower?

Funny part is Alabama could have the panhandle area but turned it down way back when, forget the reason. If they had only knew what was coming...

We landed a little while after the dedication, if I had known they were doing it, I would have gotten down earlier.

A dedicated tower seems like a good idea. I've flown into a couple airports where the tower didn't seem to be very dedicated.
