Delorme/Garmin

I have a Delorme inReach I purchased years ago. Now that I'm buying a Luscombe again I've reactivated it. The FSS (Lidos) web site offers Adverse Conditions Alerting Service. I'd like them to send inflight alerts to the inReach. They ask for the IMEI which I have. They also ask for a "Authorization Code (5 digits), which can be found from the Garmin inReach website under Settings → About This Device. " which does not appear on the Garmin/Delorme website. Does anyone know where I can find this number? Efforts to contact the Delorme folks have so far been futile.

Not sure why it says that. The 5 digit authorization code is on the device itself. Under Settings->About This Device
