Daytona Beach weird NOTAM

Florida passed some law that prohibits cloud seeding and other “geo engineering”. (As if the legislators and governor who passed it even know what it means. And as if they need to seed clouds in Florida.)

Do any other fields have a similar NOTAM, or is this just a whacko manager?
