Scarcely applies to a water landing.

In a belly landing, roll out is the maneuver you have to do to get out of the airplane.

That sounds like the question i asked the mechanic when i was filling out the flight log after my first jet engine failure… “A cycle on the engine is a startup, takeoff thrust, and a shutdown. Since I didn’t shut it down, do I count it as a cycle?”
