Those shots are limited in quantity and should not fall under the prohibited list (but I'm not an AME). While they are a steroid, it isn't high dose.

Usually in a knee injections there are 80 mgms of depomedrol (methylprednisolone). It persists about 5 days.
Self ground for 5 days....any expousre over 20 mgms a day is a "wait and fly later" sorta deal.
