I flew in to this State owned airport for the first time on Saturday. What a great place! Now, only if the clam harvest was open. There were 45+ planes that flew in for this Fly-out orginized by a Facebook group called FATPNW (Flights above the Pacific Northwest). A great time was had by everyone! Just remember to wash your bird once you get back home.

I saw your plane there, but didn't get to talk to you. It was a fine day for committing aviation and S16 was a wonderful destination.

The problem with Copalis is that our club planes are limited to paved runways. The only charted airport on a beach is off limits. Glad you guys had a great time.
