'Tis. Been flying it for 25+ years. It had 100 hours TT (25 SMOH) when I bought it.

Cheap to operate. 5 GPH of auto fuel, annual condition inspection cost ~$250. Typical yearly maintenance costs is otherwise less than ~$500, typically.

Looks like a blast to fly.
