Convert pdf to fillable pdf

Looks like the only solution is the paid version.
Hm, one document, $450. Guess not.

There are some cheap apps for android that will do this.

you can try PDF Complete, I believe that it can do forms

You can also download a 30 day trial of Adobe Acrobat XI Professional and make the form that you need.

Nate is there a version for pc's if you know. This appears to be for MACs and I could not find a pc version.

Sorry don't know the best ones for PC. I only use a PC at work and even then only under duress. Certain stuff I do is only available on PC. ;)

I bought a Mac Mini for my work desk and the business laptop running Win 8.1 Pro is mostly a paperweight. I go back and forth only because I have two monitors on both and didn't want to figure out how to connect four monitors to a Mac Mini. Heh.

I have the Pro version of Acrobat. I don't use it much and I've never made a fillable form, but I'll give it a shot if you like.

He coulda sent it to his lawyer friend in Dallas... :D

Are you trying to make a form that you can distribute, or just type in the answers to a form that doesn't have the form fields defined? If the latter, most free PDF viewers have a typewriter function. If the former, well, Adobe is the source. You can do the free trial and then setup a subscription (monthly) and only pay the subscription when you need it. I think subscribing to Adobe CS when it is your profession is beyond the pale in greed and have not upgraded my team's full boat licenses as a result. But, for a one month one-off gig, it is not a bad deal. Alternatively, PrimoPDF or CutePDF should do the trick for windows.
