Construction of hangar cost

I have a couple of airports that are in need of some hangars. I'm thinking T hangars, but may consider other options. I really am in the "hmmmm" stage right now. I have the contacts for the ground lease and money to construct.

Anybody here done This?

If it were me, I'd base my decision on area needs. Around here you could probably fill up a set of T's in about 5-6 weeks, if they had water, sewer and more than 50 amps of power.

Dont forget, someone has to pay the cost of the ramp and taxiways and storm drainage and other development costs (utilities) etc.
