A few quick questions.
What is the distinction between part 91F and part 125? Both seem to cover large 20+ seat turbine aircraft for non common carriage.

I can fly under part 91 a small airplane for my own company’s business travel. But the FAA would say since I’m on the company’s payroll Im getting paid to fly - hence I must have a Commercial license and a 2nd class medical.

What day the collective?

If your company owns the airplane, it’s 91F. If you’re an air carrier conducting private or non common carriage in the specified aircraft, it’s Part 125.

if the flying you do on your company dime meets the conditions of 61.113, you can do so as a Private Pilot. If not, you need a Commercial and Second Class medical. (Assuming a Part 91 operation, not 125.)
