Coffee and chocolate

[Rushie]

My kid sent me this for mother's day.

8 bars of chocolate and 8 bags of whole coffee beans and notes on which chocolate to eat with which coffee.

Now instead of butter, I'm going to just sip the coffee interchanging with bites of chocolate.

From something called Bean Box.

Caffeine and chocolate. It's like doing an opium and crack cocaine shooter.

I suppose the chocolate's not on my diet but the flood ruined my scale so I'm not even thinking about it now.

[Let'sgoflying!]

I can barely sleep if I have dark chocolate after 7pm, coffee and chocolate must be nuts.

...coffee and chocolate must be nuts.

Actually, they're beans. Coffee beans and cocoa beans, to be specific.

My wife doesn't like dark chocolafe, so,I get the little Hershey Special Darks, a d they go great with coffee in the morning! Fancy chocolate has to be so much better . . . .

My sophomore year of college, I had this great idea. I was in the student lounge and I got coffee out of one of those vending machines. Awful stuff but def. wake-up juice.
I thought I am just going to stir this stuff with a twix. On paper, I was certain that not only was I about invent my new favorite drink but it would catch on it would give birth to some new marriage between candy companies and coffee.

So I did, the junk all melted off my twix and then I had to pour it out because it tasted ****ing terrible.

Now there's a market for that stuff. Who knew?

I can see where that didn't work out but I used to go to the movies and buy popcorn and twixt, then put my twixt in my popcorn just to rest it there and it would melt a little, then I had wonderful melty twixt mixed up with buttered popcorn. Mmmmmmmmmm.
