City of Phoenix has officially lost its mind!

We have the same crybabies around here whining about SFO's updated arrivals. The complaint is that the planes are very low and noisy. The SERFER1 arrival takes them right over our house at around 8,000-10,000. Plus they're at low power, being about 50 or 60 miles out. The most complaints have come from the mountains near here, where the planes are still 4,000 or so AGL.

The only drawback I have found is that I have to step outside a lot more to see what's flying over...keeps me from doing inconsequential mundanities like chores.

Pittsburgh is a dump in general, so that makes sense.

Way better than a number of other hubs. EWR? LOL...

They live in a big city. No sympathy here.

Just towards people that don't use their brain.

Move to city: ***** about traffic.
Move to country: ***** about farm smells.
Move near airport: ***** about airplanes.

Dumbasses don't deserve any.

I need to post a sign you'll like, Ed. One of the local ranches put it up. I had a link that the Sheriff posted a while back but can't find it now. I'll have to drive over there and get a photo.

Says stuff like, "warning animals having sex outdoors" and the like. Hilarious.
