Take the regular Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe on the back of the bag...substitute half the chips with butterscotch chips then drizzle with melted white chocolate chips when done.

Heaven!

Nuts belong in POA, not cookies.

Couldn't resist. Made some yesterday, Pillsbury recipe; chips and pecans. You dudes are gonna make me fatter than the Good Year Blimp.

Gooey, achieved by using as much liquid as possible. Melt the butter. Doesn't need butterscotch, or the abomination that is white chocolate.

That said, sandwiching some ice cream between two cookies is well worth it, especially if the ice cream just happens to be home made. Works even better if the cookies are chocolate chocolate chip.

The bride browns the butter first for a little more depth of flavor. Key to baking is to take them out a little before you think their done. Soft when hot, but cool down to a nice crunch on the outside,, but a soft center...mmmmm.

And for God's sake, use good chocolate!
