I'm starting to study for my CFI written (already got the ASA book) and will probably start training again in a few weeks. Any good books or anything to read up on. I know of the Flight Instructors Handbook that's available for free. Are there any other materials that you guys liked?

All,of the books on the FAA website. Weather, W&B, CRM, the far/aim, the list goes on and on...

Faa books to learn it, Shepard air CFI pack to get a good score on the tests

Also, using the PTSs to work backwards to find referenced docs works well.

You'll find links to important ACs, Aerodynamics for Naval Aviators, etc....
