I finally as able to complete my quest for the elusive CFI certificate. The check ride was difficult for me having not been able to fly very much in the last month.

Staying proficient has its benefits, but I could not do it this time.

Anyway, I passed and am officially and unemployed CFI!

Beer all around! More details to follow on the ride itself.

A sincere congratulations to you! Obviously you won't forget the sequence of events that led up to the successful 'ride.
 
Geez, they'll let anybody be a CFI I guess.
 
D3, excellent! Cast the net; you'll get students. It's a great accomplishment and a great responsibility. I'm anxious to hear about the ride.
