Anyone attended one of their "Legacy" 182 classes? Thoughts on its worth.

Thanks

Thanks Muttley
I attended a couple of seminars at OSHKOSH and am trying to dig deeper into the plane from a mechanical stand point. If my schedule allows I might attend.

Yes I attended one at their California location. What do you want to know?

Was it aimed at a new pilot to the 182 or would it help someone with significant time?

Not interested in this is the front of the airplane etc.

It's mostly systems and maintenance tips, so time in type doesn't matter.

Remember the joke is its the Cessna mechanical association. Never seen anything in the mag or events that make better PILOTS, but I really enjoyed the systems class as an owner. Learned things to watch out for and what was going to be really expensive when it happens someday. And how to partially mitigate the expense.

I attended a 210 seminar years ago when I bought my 210. I found it very helpful in the ownership/maintenance of the beast. Of course, the 210 has more complexity than the 182.

Between that and attending the GAMI LOP seminar, I was a much better owner/operator.
